The scope of the project was to reconstruct the section between km 406+000 and km: 456+000 of the mostly deteriorated Kabul-Herat Motorway, which is a part of the vastly damaged 3,300 km National Highway Network. The project was carried out by Gülsan Cukurova Joint Venture.
