Construction of the 100 km Rwekunyu-Apac-Lira-Puranga road. Work includes replacing the existing 5m wide gravel paved road with two-lane x (3,5m+1,5m shoulder) = 10 m width 5cm thick asphalt paved road. Project also includes Secondary Road Improvement.
